Chef George loves to work in busy kitchens with high standards and a team player attitude. He is constantly aiming to learn new things and thrive under pressure together with his team.
As a native Greek who has resided and worked both in Belgium and Denmark, he credits his culinary range to the great teachers who have welcomed him into their kitchens throughout his journeys, and the diverse techniques he has tried and mastered.
“My biggest goal is to create a multicolor professional background that will help me run my own Kitchen” he mentions.
